These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to water heater and geyser services provided by Sri Sai Enterprises in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Services

We provide water heater and geyser repair, installation, un-installation, cleaning and maintenance services. The scope of any particular job is confirmed with you before work begins.

Booking and Scheduling

• Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp or the request form on this website.
• Visit slots depend on technician availability in your area. Same-day service is offered where possible but cannot be assured for every request.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed visit.

Charges

• The visit and inspection charge is communicated before a technician is assigned.
• Repair costs and the cost of any spare parts are confirmed with you after the fault is diagnosed, and work proceeds only with your approval.
• Charges are payable on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.

Spare Parts

Where a spare part is required and is not immediately available, the technician will inform you and arrange a follow-up visit. Any manufacturer warranty on a replaced part is subject to that manufacturer's own terms.

Brand Names

Brand names such as Venus, Racold, Elac and Bajaj are used only to describe the types of appliances we service. Sri Sai Enterprises is an independent service provider and is not an authorised service centre of, or otherwise affiliated with, any of these brands. Appliances still covered by manufacturer warranty should be taken to the brand's own service channel.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the appliance and to the electrical and water supply points.
• Share accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present at the premises during the visit.

Limitation of Liability

We take due care during every visit. However, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by the age or condition of the appliance, plumbing or wiring beyond the scope of the work carried out, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
